— Section 02 / Workflow

Four documented stages, no shortcuts.

Stage 01

Intake

Order parsed, artwork attached, base availability confirmed. Six pass criteria checked and signed off before the order moves.

Stage 02

File QA

Resolution, color mode, font handling, transparency, bleed, decoration compatibility — six checks logged per file.

Stage 03

Production

Decoration runs on the method matched at intake. File-versus-output inspection per piece before packing.

Stage 04

Dispatch

Tracking returns to your storefront within an hour of label generation. Domestic and international tracked services.

— Section 03 / Operating principles

What we hold to, in writing.

Durable production windows

Two to three business days for digital decoration; embroidery and screen runs add one day for setup. The window holds within stated tolerances every quarter.

Inspected, not assumed

Each piece is inspected against the file you sent before packing. Misprints are caught and re-run before the parcel leaves the bench.

Supplier-drift surveillance

Every base is re-tested quarterly against fabric weight, dimensional accuracy, and decoration receptivity. Drift is flagged before it reaches your customer.

Named-operator response

Stock issues, deadline conflicts, and file questions route to a named operator. Replies arrive within one business day, in writing.

— Section 04 / Catalogue

Fifteen bases, all tested.

— Section 05 / Questions

Operations questions.

What is your typical turnaround?
Two to three US business days for direct-to-garment, sublimation, and small-volume screen. Embroidery and high-volume screen extend by one day for setup. Outliers are flagged before production starts.
Do you require a minimum order?
No MOQ. Single-unit sampling and bulk runs share the same pipeline. Volume tier discounts trigger at fifty, two-fifty, and one-thousand units per SKU.
How is durability tested?
Each base is wash-cycle tested through fifty cycles with quarterly re-testing for supplier drift. Drinkware undergoes drop testing; outdoor stickers undergo UV exposure equivalent to three years. Results are documented in each base sheet.
International shipping?
Yes. International shipments dispatch via tracked postal or courier services depending on weight and destination. Duties default to recipient responsibility; customs documents listed in dispatch confirmation.
How do I onboard?
Send a brief to [email protected] describing your store, expected volume, and decoration mix. We respond within one business day with onboarding next steps in writing.

Ready to brief us?
